The 2nd International Multiplier Event of the EU Erasmus+ project CoVHer at the LUX Pavillon in Mainz was held on Friday the 3rd of March 2023.
The Hochschule Mainz as host and the project partners of CoVHer from universities in Barcelona, Bologna, Porto and Warsaw introduced the project structure as well as its objectives and goals to the stakeholders and the public (see program below).
The event was accompanied by an exhibition (Fig. 1) as well as a conference (Fig. 2) with two guest speakers from research institutions in the United States, that have a long background in digital 3d reconstructions of lost architecture.
The keynnotes by Lisa Snyder (Fig. 3) from the University of Los Angeles as well as Wladek Fuchs (Fig. 4) from the University of Detroit Mercy gave deep insights in use of the method in various research projects.
The following discussion, moderated by Sander Münster and with fine food from local suppliers, provided valuable input for the project.
